Warehouse Officer Full Time

Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to join our team in Dubai. This position is essential in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and efficient logistics support to help us provide exceptional packing and moving services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking, recording, and organizing stock to ensure the warehouse is fully stocked and ready for operations.
• Receiving and Dispatching: Supervise the receiving of incoming goods and the dispatch of outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in product counts and handling.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare and process orders efficiently, coordinating packing and labeling to meet delivery schedules and client expectations.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized warehouse layout to facilitate easy access to inventory, maximizing storage space and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and adhere to safety protocols within the warehouse, ensuring all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with company standards.
• Documentation: Manage and keep up-to-date records for all inventory transactions, shipping documents, and stock adjustments.
• Equipment Management: Monitor and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment, coordinating repairs as needed to avoid disruptions in operations.
• Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule shipments and optimize the movement of goods.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in warehouse management or logistics is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics, ideally in a supervisory or officer role.
• Skills: Proficient in using inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic reporting tools.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing stock as necessary.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an eye for accuracy and efficiency in warehouse processes.
• Communication Skills: Effective communicator with the ability to work well in a team environment.
