Role Overview

As a Teacher of English, you will deliver the UK National Curriculum, GCSE, A Levels, International Baccalaureate, and BTEC. You will inspire students to reach their highest potential by employing creative teaching methods, fostering a culture of academic excellence, and engaging students in the broader Nord Anglia community.




Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English at various levels, including GCSE, A Levels, and the International Baccalaureate.
• Create an engaging classroom environment that fosters creativity and critical thinking.
• Set ambitious academic and personal development targets for students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.
• Act as a strong ambassador for the school, engaging with students, parents, and the wider community.

About You

• A university degree in English or a related subject and a recognized teaching qualification.
• Proven experience in teaching English within the relevant curriculum frameworks.
• Ability to create an inclusive and engaging classroom culture.
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback and innovation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet UAE visa-related restrictions.
