Tax Manager Full Time

We’re on the lookout for a Tax Manager to join an exciting and fast-growing company transforming B2B e-commerce in Dubai. As part of the Finance Department, you will play a key role in overseeing tax compliance, providing expert advice, and navigating complex tax matters across UAE and KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tax compliance, planning, and advisory services in the UAE and KSA.
• Provide guidance on Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, and Cross-Border Tax regulations.
• Handle cross-border tax structuring and ensure compliance with tax treaties.
• Conduct tax risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate tax risks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations in the UAE and KSA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.
• Advise on tax implications of corporate transactions and business expansions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with UAE and KSA tax matters.
• Expertise in Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, and Cross-Border Tax.
• Preference for candidates with experience from a Big 4 firm.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
