Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in the manufacturing, retail, and IT sectors. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the recruitment needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy Development:
  Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for retail, manufacturing, and IT roles to meet our clients’ hiring goals.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create detailed job descriptions.
• Candidate Sourcing:
  Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry networking, and employee referrals.
• Interviews and Assessments:
  Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
• End-to-End Recruitment Management:
  Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Applicant Tracking System Management:
  Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for accurate reporting and candidate management.
• Industry Trends Awareness:
  Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting for retail, manufacturing, and IT sectors.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  4+ years of UAE recruiting experience with a focus on retail, manufacturing, and IT sectors.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements in each industry.
• Communication Skills:
  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Multitasking Ability:
  Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Proficiency in ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Workforce Planning Experience:
  Experience with workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy.
• Certifications:
  Relevant certifications (CTAS, AIRS) are a plus.
• Job Portal Experience:
  Strong background in utilizing job portals such as Naukri Gulf, Gulf Talent, and others.
