About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Sous Chef – Pastry to join our culinary team at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will assist the Pastry Chef in managing the production of all pastry and bakery items, ensuring they contribute to the success of the hotel’s outlets and banquets. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation, in line with the hotel’s guidelines and financial objectives.
