Fala Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer – Road & Infrastructure to oversee and manage road construction projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing roadworks while ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project timelines. The Site Engineer will work closely with architects, surveyors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage road construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other professionals to develop project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues or concerns.
• Prepare reports, including progress updates and cost analysis, for project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• Previous experience in road construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in design software, project management tools, and computer-aided drafting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
