Position Summary:

As a Sales Executive – Corporate at Andaz Dubai The Palm, you will be a key player in driving revenue by targeting the corporate segment. You will work closely with other departments, such as Rooms and Food and Beverage, to achieve pre-determined sales targets while maintaining brand standards and ensuring a seamless guest experience.




Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments to create tailored solutions for corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets within the corporate segment.
• Ensure all sales activities align with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market conditions to management.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including proposals, contracts, and client communications.

Qualifications:

• A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Sales Executive or Assistant Manager in hotel operations, focusing on the corporate segment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• A proactive, goal-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
