Sales Executive Full Time
Position Overview:
The Sales Executive (Excursion) will play a key role in promoting and selling excursion packages to clients. This role requires hands-on experience in Field Sales and a strong understanding of the excursion department within the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell excursion packages to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular field sales activities to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales revenue.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored excursion solutions based on client needs.
- Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide post-sales support and resolve client inquiries promptly.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in the excursion department.
- Proven experience in Field Sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
