Your Role
In this role, your key responsibilities will be the following:
- Initiate all approvals as per the process.
- documentation and customer creation
- Job booking and issuing PI
- Job release, create PR and process b2b orders
- Get delivery acknowledgement and update to customer
- Take delivery approval as per the process.
- Prepare documents required along with the deliveries.
- Send supervisor for any inspection and final commissioning.
- Get signed DO and invoice the job.
- Update forecast file.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 2-3 years experience experience in sales coordinator, preferably HVAC industry
- Self-motivated, Team player, result oriented and with effective communication skills.
- This role is only for Emirati candidates
