Safety Officer Full Time

Company Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team and ensure a safe and compliant work environment on our construction sites. This role is critical in promoting health, safety, and environmental standards and requires someone with proven experience in HSE practices within the Gulf construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on construction sites.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead safety training sessions to promote awareness and best practices among employees.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain safety standards and compliance with local regulations.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health.
• Strong background in the construction sector.
• Proficient in accident investigation, safety training, and conducting safety audits.
• Knowledge of security measures and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Relevant health and safety certifications.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
