Revenue Coordinator Full Time

As a Revenue Coordinator at Andaz Dubai The Palm, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the revenue department, aligning with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. Your primary responsibility will be to provide leadership in revenue accounting and implement business best practices. You will oversee technical aspects of revenue streams and collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to drive revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all technical accounting aspects of the hotel’s revenue streams.
• Implement and maintain revenue recognition policies and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to optimize revenue generation.
• Analyze revenue performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to corporate standards and brand guidelines in revenue processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance on revenue accounting best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: University degree in Strategic Marketing, Hospitality Management, or Tourism Management. An MBA is a strong asset.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably as a Revenue Coordinator.
