DBB Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer – Wood Joinery to join our team. This role involves managing the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of wood joinery materials and products for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure wood joinery materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor market trends and assess supplier performance for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Use procurement software and tools to streamline operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (MOFA attested).
• 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on wood joinery.
• Proven experience in procurement and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
