Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify MEP suppliers and subcontractors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
- Prepare procurement budgets and ensure compliance with cost constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value engineering in procurement.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to make informed procurement decisions.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards.
- Prepare procurement reports and provide updates to senior management
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP materials, equipment, and suppliers.
- Ability to analyze technical specifications and project requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
