Position Summary:
As a Lead Cook – Commis 1, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals, following culinary standards and recipes, and ensuring each dish meets presentation standards. You will assist with specialized meal preparation, manage food portioning and garnishing, and monitor both the quality and quantity of food being prepared. This role involves supporting kitchen operations during peak times and coordinating with Food & Beverage service staff on menu specials and inventory.
