Junior IT Executive Full Time
We are looking for a Junior IT Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems for employees.
Monitor and maintain network security and system performance.
Assist in software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic troubleshooting.
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, etc.) are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
