We are looking for a Junior HR Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our HR department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in HR software, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide administrative support to the HR team
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
– Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and sending offer letters
– Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
– Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, reports, and presentations
– Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
– Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 0-2 years of experience in HR administration or related field
– Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel – Word – Power Point )
– Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations
