About the Role
As an IT Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences by managing hospitality applications and providing technical support. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting front-of-house systems to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Implement, install, and configure hospitality applications to align with business needs.

Provide technical maintenance and support to ensure application reliability.

Develop reports, workflows, and system enhancements to maximize business ROI.

Offer second-level application support and liaise with vendors for escalations.

Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and system issues to minimize downtime.

Ensure smooth integration between hospitality applications and other business systems.
Job Requirements

Diploma or university degree in Computer Systems or a related field.

4+ years of experience in handling hospitality IT applications.

Expertise in hospitality application implementation and project management.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts in non-technical language.
