IT Assistant Full Time

​The IT Assistant position at One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai is a vital role within the resort’s Information Technology department. The IT Assistant is responsible for providing technical assistance to computer system users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring compliance with One&Only Resorts’ standards of operations. This includes tasks such as installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical problems either over the phone or in person.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to computer system users.​

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.​

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.​

• Ensure compliance with One&Only Resorts’ operational standards.​

• Maintain records of software licenses, assets, and IT-related documentation.​

• Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.​

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide effective support.​

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in Information Technology within the luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.​

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.​

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.​

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.​

• Middle East/GCC experience is preferred.
