With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an IT Assistant to join the Information Technology team at One&Only The Palm, Dubai.
Required
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-year experience in the field of Information Technology in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment. Has a strong exposure in handling busy operations and dealing with high profile and diverse clientele. Courteous, able to work with minimal supervision, be discreet and capable of dealing with a high level of confidentiality. You are an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ person with an outgoing, charismatic, and approachable character. Excellent spoken and written English is required. You will work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be a great team player with a concern for quality, while possessing following core competencies:
Experience in Property Management System, preferably OPERA
Desktop Management and Troubleshooting
Printer Management and Troubleshooting
Experience In Managing Point Of Sale, Preferred Micros Symphony
Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge on Active Directory services, DNS & DHCP
