HVAC/EEP Technician Full Time

We are seeking a skilled HVAC/EEP Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining, repairing, and modifying electrical power generation systems, automatic transfer switches, and HVAC systems. This role involves diagnostics, troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance, and ensuring operational efficiency across various equipment types.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and modify power generation and control systems, automatic transfer switches, and HVAC systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, adjusting voltage, refrigerant levels, current, frequency, and synchronization.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions by removing, repairing, and replacing defective components.
• Work with Cummins generator series (DGDK, DSGAB, DGBB, C15D6, C35D6 125D6D, MEPP 1050, 1070A, PP-3106A).
• Utilize Cummins InPower software for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Support various C2, ATCALS, ATC Weather, Air Control Squadron, and Regional Maintenance Center systems.
• Maintain power generation units (15kW – 250kW) and HVAC systems (1 – 5 ton split and rooftop units).

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

Certification: Universal 608 HVAC Certification required.
Education: High School diploma or GED; vocational training or military technical training preferred.
Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in electrical power production maintenance and repair.
• 6+ months experience with Cummins Commercial, Advanced Medium Mobile Power Source (AMMPS), and InPower software.
  Skills:
• Ability to work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Comfortable using electrician’s hand tools and diagnostic instruments.
• Basic computer proficiency (for training, timekeeping, email, and reporting).
  Security Clearance: Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
  Physical Requirements:
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and carrying for sustained periods.
• Adapt to fast-paced, changing environments.
  Medical Requirement: Must obtain and maintain a US CENTCOM Medical Exam.
