Job Outline:
Advice and brief new staff and managers on Key HR processes that will enable them to have an understanding of the various HR tools and be able to use them to an optimal level.
Support HR team in providing regular department updates and analyses on reports, as well as participating in projects. Prepare and analyse reports highlighting trends to line departments with recommendations for improvements that will add value.
Support a team of Human Resource Coordinators (HRCs) on administrative responsibilities to ensure overall HR process, procedures and policies are followed through in a consistent manner. Liaise with Admin Officers/ representatives within the business to ensure that all admin related activities performed are in concurrence within HR Policy and any scope for improvement is brought to the attention of Manager HR
Collaborate with HRBPs to issue incentive scheme letters for business heads. Maintain a tracker to monitor the status of issued and signed letters.
Collect and maintain up-to-date People-related data across all dnata International business entities in adherence to data privacy regulations, ensuring its availability at all times. Verify all people data and perform necessary analysis to identify trends.
Deliver regular HR reports to the Strategy & Performance team, comparing targets versus actual performance on people related KPIs.
Support in the implementation and reporting of NAJM utilization across all dnata business areas in collaboration with record and recognition.
Participate in ESG reporting requirements, which may include data generation at entity level, consolidating data at an organisational level or analysing trends and identifying gaps as required.
Centrally maintain global repository of standardisation and governance related documents in liaison with local HR teams and HRBPs.
Responsible for all administrative requirements within the dnata HR team including maintenance of MS Teams channels and their content, coordinating monthly updates, organization of global HR forums (virtual/in-person) and any other administrative requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Human Resources: 5+ Years
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Experience in an HR front line support position with a customer interface providing advise and guidance on policies and processes
Sound knowledge of the relevant legislation, HR policies & procedures, rules and regulations.
Excellent PC skills and exposure to HR based systems are required.
Good customer service skills and ability to coach a team of support staff, strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Good negotiating and persuasive abilities and ability to interact with all levels in the organisation.
Strong analytical abilities and computer literacy skills.
