Job Purpose:
To assist in designing a competitive pay structure, benefits and policies to promote wellbeing of the employees as well as to attract and retain talent. The job holder is also expected to conduct job evaluation across organization to ensure each job is compensated fairly ensuring internal parity.
Key Result Areas:
1. Benchmark current pay and benefits against market data and UAE labor law to assess the company’s competitive position and provide recommendations for a competitive pay structure and policies.
2. Assist in conducting Job Evaluation as per the Hay Methodology to determine the job size and maintain the approval and Job Descriptions repository up to date.
3. Assist the Line Manager in preparing new policy proposals for approval and subsequently update and disseminate them across Company through cascades and publication on portal.
4. Update employment contracts accurately whilst ensuring they are legally compliant.
5. Assist in the pay review preparation, seamless implementation and change management.
6. Lead C&B initiates to create awareness about HR policies Company wide.
7. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to educate employees on the compensation and benefits and gauge their satisfaction on the rewards and benefits to determine any action required.
8. Liaise with stakeholders to execute projects in relation to contracts, job descriptions, policies etc.
Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or a related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or a similar position.
