Job Description:
Aaraamam is hiring an HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an MBA in HR and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the UAE. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, supporting recruitment processes, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Handle payroll and benefits administration.
Organize employee training and development programs.
Provide support in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with HR projects and improve HR policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
Qualification: MBA in HR
Experience: Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
