Our client, a forward-thinking international investment firm, is seeking an HR & Admin Assistant to support their HR Manager in day-to-day operations and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Maintain HRIS data and oversee visa compliance
Assist with onboarding new hires and recruitment coordination
Support training programs, benefits enrolment, and employee communications
Manage personnel files and assist with audits
Coordinate HR logistics and support corporate events & office activities
Handle diary management, corporate admin overflow, and research projects
Support office expansion beyond the UAE
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of HR/Office Admin experience
Familiarity with UAE labour laws & compliance
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
