HR Assistant Full Time NEW

Gems World Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Assistant to support our HR team in a variety of administrative and personnel-related tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth HR operations and contribute to a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department in day-to-day operations.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and handling candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update databases.
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts and organizing orientation sessions.
• Support in managing employee benefits and leave administration.
• Assist with performance management processes and related documentation.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Provide general support to employees with HR-related inquiries.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR procedures and legal compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in HR.
