HR and Talent Acquisition Manager Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: Source, attract, and headhunt top talent.
- Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview processes between candidates and hiring managers.
- Draft compelling job descriptions and post roles on multiple platforms.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and recruitment databases.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and employee orientation.
- Develop engagement & retention strategies to support company culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Support HR operations, including record-keeping and documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment & HR (preferably in a global hiring environment).
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, particularly in hiring for US markets.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-traditional environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
