Monitor guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after the Housekeeper has left to ensure quality standards are met. Report on rented rooms, verify room status, identify unfit rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update room status for departing guests. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily operations. Act as liaison to coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Desk, and Laundry. Document and resolve unfit room issues with Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes to assignment sheets/schedules. Report unresolved issues to next shift. Perform administrative duties as required. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplinary reminders, motivating, and coaching employees.
Follow and enforce all line safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents or injuries; complete required safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move at the speed required to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog). Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment and machinery (e.g., to identify defects). Enter and locate work-related information using computers and point-of-sale systems. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights requiring excellent motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move in narrow, confined, or high spaces. Move over slopes, uneven surfaces, or slippery steps. Go up and down stairs and service ramps. Continuous use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of two-handed dexterity and excellent motor skills. Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds (25 kg) without assistance, and more than 55 pounds (25 kg) with assistance. Ability to push and pull a loaded janitorial cart and other work equipment on slopes and uneven surfaces. Stand, kneel, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or at a high frequency for an entire work shift. Listen and respond appropriately to customer and other employee concerns. Use clear and courteous language in all communications. Perform all other duties as requested by management and appropriate to the position.

Related Work Experience:At least 1 year of related work experience.
