Position Summary:

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you are integral to creating an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, inviting, and well-kept environment throughout the hotel. Your role goes beyond providing clean rooms and freshly made beds; you contribute to delivering memorable and unique experiences for our guests.




With expertise in a variety of housekeeping responsibilities, you ensure that every corner of the hotel reflects the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. From fulfilling guest requests to maintaining public areas and back-of-house spaces, you play a critical part in upholding the hotel’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in line with the hotel’s standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and ensure the availability of supplies and amenities for guest rooms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and deliver items as needed.
• Uphold safety standards by maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and quality assurance standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including deep cleaning tasks or assisting with other hotel needs.

Essential Attributes:

• Professional Appearance: Maintain a clean, polished uniform and a professional demeanor.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure every room and area meets or exceeds cleanliness and aesthetic standards.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain smooth housekeeping operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or related experience is a plus, though not required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
