Hotel Cleanliness Expert Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Room and Public Area Maintenance: Ensure all rooms and public areas are spotless and well-maintained according to company standards.






• Guest Requests and Services: Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring satisfaction by delivering requested items in a timely and efficient manner.
• Cleaning Functions: Perform daily cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing supplies in guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Stocking and Inventory: Ensure housekeeping carts are fully stocked, and the inventory of cleaning supplies is well-maintained.
• Safety and Quality Standards: Adhere to all safety guidelines, quality standards, and cleanliness procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and team members.
• Physical Demands: Be physically active, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds as required to maintain the hotel’s appearance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or similar positions is preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently, and excellent time management skills.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift or carry up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
