Tumbi Hotel – Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team. As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our hotel. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Train and supervise a team of Guest Relations staff to provide exceptional customer service
– Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
– Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
– Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions
– Assist with VIP and special guest requests
– Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Work Experience
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in hospitality
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
– Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
