First impressions make all the difference. When guests arrive at our hotels, we want their first impression to be memorable. The same goes for their departure. When guests leave, we want them to leave with a smile on their face and the feeling that we took care of them throughout their stay. We want to create a memorable and unique experience from start to finish. Our Guest Welcome Experts take the initiative to offer a wide range of services that allow them to guide guests through their arrival and departure. They are able to complete necessary tasks and navigate their environment. Whether they are performing operational tasks, responding to guest requests, producing reports or sharing local points of interest, the Guest Welcome Expert ensures that every transaction is an integral part of the experience.
No matter what role you hold, there are certain things that are essential to our success: creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, respecting confidentiality, protecting company assets, meeting quality standards, and demonstrating professionalism in your uniform, appearance and manner of communication. Customer Service Representatives will be on their feet and moving around (standing, sitting or moving for extended periods of time) and will take a hands-on approach to their work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing over 75 pounds with assistance). Performing these tasks (and other normal tasks as requested) well is essential for Customer Service Representatives to ensure that we provide excellent service to our customers and contribute positively to the business of the company at all times.
