Elite Extrusion LLC is seeking a seasoned Group Financial Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization. This is a leadership role that requires an experienced professional with a background in the manufacturing industry, strong expertise in financial management, and a proven track record in strategic planning and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Costing: Develop and maintain accurate costing systems to support operational efficiency.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare and submit Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Budgeting: Lead the preparation of annual budgets and ensure adherence to financial goals.
• Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team to maintain high standards of performance and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position, with expertise in financial operations and strategic management.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of costing, MIS submission, budget preparation, and cost control.
