• Assist Commercial Project Managers in executing project-related tasks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.






• Handle project purchasing and logistics, including creating purchase order requests, coordinating with customs clearing agents, and liaising with relevant team members.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Monitor and manage project and cost center expenses in alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Contribute to the management and optimization of targeted financial results within projects.
• Support the digitalization of forecasting activities, leveraging IT knowledge to enhance efficiency.
• Create and update tableau dashboards

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and responsible decision-making, ready to take on comprehensive areas of responsibility.
• Exhibit strong coordination, organization, and prioritization skills to ensure results are achieved within the appropriate time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Fluent in English, with flexible communication skills to navigate an international environment.
