Engineer – HSE Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Support project teams in creating and maintaining a safe working environment by providing HSE guidance and training.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including incident reports, compliance records, and HSE performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards throughout the project lifecycle, including design, construction, and handover phases.
• Utilize digital tools and innovative approaches to enhance HSE performance and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in an HSE role, preferably in the built environment or construction sector.
• Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE qualifications are highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in digital tools and data management for HSE monitoring and reporting.
