Debt Recovery Executive Full Time

KG Group is a leading provider of steel fabrication and engineering solutions in the UAE. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Executive with Accounting Experience / Accounts Receivables to join our finance team and help ensure the timely collection of outstanding debts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables to ensure timely payments.
• Contact clients and negotiate payment terms while maintaining a professional relationship.
• Prepare and send account statements, payment reminders, and collection letters.
• Maintain accurate records of all collections activities and update accounts receivable ledgers.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of accounts.
• Assist in resolving customer disputes and discrepancies regarding payments.
• Provide regular reports on aging accounts and recovery progress to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in debt recovery, accounts receivables, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Nationality preference: Philippines.
