Position Summary:
The Cook II (Commis 2) will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of food, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and organized. This role includes preparing ingredients, cooking various dishes according to recipes, and maintaining food safety standards. The Cook II will also support the kitchen team in maintaining operational efficiency and upholding the hotel’s standards.
