Consultant Plastic Surgeon Full Time

Responsibilities:

– Provide expert surgical care and consultation to patients with burns and other traumatic injuries




– Perform plastic and reconstructive surgeries to treat burns, scars, and other deformities

– Conduct pre-operative evaluations and develop treatment plans for each patient

– Work closely with other medical professionals, including nurses, anesthesiologists, and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care

– Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in surgical techniques and technologies related to burn treatment

– Participate in research and publication activities to contribute to the advancement of the field

– Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and expectations

Requirements:

– Medical degree and completion of training in plastic surgery from an accredited institution

– Board certification in plastic surgery

– Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on burn treatment

– Excellent surgical skills and knowledge of the latest plastic surgery techniques and technologies

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and medical professionals from diverse backgrounds

– Commitment to providing the highest quality of care and attention to detail

– Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions in a timely manner

– Must be Western-trained
