Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Consultant in Cardiac Anaesthesia to join our team and work in one of the leading healthcare facilities in Dubai.

As a Consultant Cardiac Anaesthesia, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients undergoing cardiac surgeries. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and utilize your expertise in cardiac anaesthesia to ensure successful outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for cardiac surgeries
• Administer anaesthesia and closely monitor patients’ vital signs during surgery
• Provide post-operative care and manage pain relief for patients
• Collaborate with other medical professionals, including surgeons and nurses, to ensure the best treatment and care for patients
• Keep accurate and detailed medical records of patients
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in cardiac anaesthesia

Requirements

• Medical degree from a reputable university
• Specialization in Cardiac Anaesthesia
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Must be licensed to practice in the UAE or eligible for UAE licensing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of successful outcomes in cardiac anaesthesia
• Must be Westen-trained
