Position Summary:

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, your role is not just about maintaining clean rooms and spaces but creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. This position involves various housekeeping responsibilities, including cleaning and organizing rooms, public spaces, and fulfilling guest requests to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service.




Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of housekeeping duties, including cleaning rooms, stocking carts, and maintaining public spaces.
• Deliver guest requests promptly and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the hotel.
• Move, lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, with clear and courteous communication.
• Take initiative to address and resolve housekeeping or guest service needs proactively.
• Assist with additional reasonable duties as requested by supervisors to support the housekeeping team.
