Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality Italian dishes while ensuring consistency and adherence to Hyatt International standards.
• Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service aligned with the outlet’s operating concept.
• Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and maintain a dynamic menu.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining stock efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role, specializing in Italian cuisine.
• Basic culinary skills with strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
