Position Summary:
As a Chef de Partie at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and kitchen workers, ensuring the highest quality of food production. You will be responsible for the presentation and decoration of food items, ensuring proper portioning, arrangement, and garnishing. In this role, you will monitor the food preparation process, maintain kitchen logs for food safety, and ensure that kitchen supplies are adequately stocked.
You will also assist management in various duties such as training, scheduling, and motivating kitchen staff. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
