Dar Exchange is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cashier / Teller to manage daily cash transactions and provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash transactions, including currency exchange, remittances, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and balances.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries regarding currency rates and exchange procedures.
• Verify and process cash, checks, and other payment methods accurately.
• Monitor and report any suspicious transactions as per company policies.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field.
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance or a related field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
