Key Responsibilities:
Ideation & Strategy:
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify new revenue streams and business opportunities.
Develop and propose strategies for diversification, focusing on innovative and scalable models.
Networking & Relationship Building:
Leverage existing networks and build new connections to identify and secure leads for potential deals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and potential clients.
Research & Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks.
Analyze competitive landscapes and assess the viability of new business ventures.
Deal Facilitation & Execution:
Lead the end-to-end process of securing and executing deals, including licensing, investment, and other strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closure and implementation.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to support successful project execution.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the entertainment, media, or creative industries.
Strong networking skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experienced in deal structuring and execution.
