What you’ll deliver
•You’ll manage and maintain mailbox and calendars/schedules of DA’s HR&D leadership team members
•You’ll assist DA’s office manager and other internal stakeholders by ensuring that all data, files, and documents are maintained in an effective and required confidential manner
•You’ll manage the HR&D team training plan in close cooperation with the office manager
•You’ll prepare invoices, reports, meeting minutes, letters, financial statements and other documents using MS office
•You’ll preform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, performing basic bookkeeping work and any ad-hoc administrative requests
What you bring
•You should be educated to a Higher Diploma/ Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics/Information technology, acquired 6 months – 3 years of relevant experience
•You’ll have knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
•You’ll have knowledge of calendar and scheduling software
•You’ll have good technical knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
