Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and reporting.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3-6 years in a relevant role.
- Education: CA / CFA / ACCA or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
