Architectural Engineer Full Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural design, UAE building codes, and construction practices, combined with a technical ability to execute and support various engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

• Assist during the bidding phase by developing commercial proposals.
• Identify technical queries, deviations, and alternatives to be submitted.
• Implement bidding methodologies, design criteria, and guidelines.
• Support the proposal team with quotation requests for commercial purposes.
• Review Client’s technical documentation and requirements.
• Maintain technical files for projects.

Engineering Design:

• Oversee and manage subcontracted architectural engineering documents both inside and outside the company.
• Execute engineering activities such as detailed design, verification, and studies to optimize costs, fabrication, and safety.
• Prepare design specifications for architectural and civil works related to buildings.
• Develop functional layouts and material specifications for buildings.

Compliance and Collaboration:

• Ensure designs align with UAE building regulations, codes, and construction practices.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to all project phases.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction terminology, techniques, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
