Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions in accounting software.
• Collaborate with clients to address billing issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Other Requirements:
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
