Accounts Receivable Full Time

VEGA Digital IT Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join our growing team. As part of the accounting department, you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection of receivables. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track accounts receivable transactions and collections.
• Process invoices and ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all receivable accounts in Zoho.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Generate financial reports on receivables, highlighting trends and potential issues.
• Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with Zoho accounting software is required.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Spouse visa holder only.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
