Accountant Assistant Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Support: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Data Management: Input and maintain up-to-date financial data in accounting software.
• Invoice Processing: Handle and process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
• Bank Reconciliations: Support monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor budgets and track expenses to ensure alignment with financial plans.
• Audit Assistance: Prepare documentation and support audits as required.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and clients regarding financial transactions and queries.
• General Administration: Perform administrative tasks related to the accounting department as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
