Azizi Developments is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Sales Commission Management:
  Ensure accurate and timely calculation and disbursement of sales commission payouts to the sales team.
• Financial Analysis:
  Conduct comprehensive financial analysis on sales and marketing activities to assess performance and profitability.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with sales, telesales, CRM, and agency teams to facilitate smooth operations and improve communication.
• Cost Monitoring:
  Monitor and control costs, identifying potential savings and efficiencies to enhance financial performance.
• Compliance:
  Ensure all financial practices comply with UAE regulations and standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience:
  Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE, specifically in the real estate development sector.
• Skills:
  Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency:
  Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools is highly desirable.
